Job description and requirements

Your task package is diverse and you are expected to take initiative. We expect the following from you as a candidate:

  • Excellent secretarial, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Outstanding writing skills in Dutch. Writing skills in
  • English are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Professional and representable demeanor.
  • Experience with social media and website management is a plus.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing meetings, events, and social gatherings.

  • Managing the executive team’s calendar.
  • Organizing and booking international business trips.
  • Formatting and preparing reports.
  • Performing administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the management team in various areas.
  • Managing EBA’s social media and website.
  • Assisting with HR tasks, including recruitment and selection.
  • Performing other duties in line with the role.
