You will lead large-scale research and advisory projects and develop your own portfolio. In a leadership role within the organization, you will mentor researchers and consultants, while maintaining and expanding a network of clients and partners. You will play a key role in developing and implementing EBA’s strategy.
As a senior manager, you have the opportunity to grow into an executive role and potentially become a partner at EBA.
In this position, you will independently lead complex research and advisory projects from start to finish. You have an established network of clients and partners and can leverage it effectively.
You analyze problems from multiple perspectives: quantitatively and qualitatively; economically and administratively; scientifically, with a sharp eye for the client’s interests and the context in which they operate. You go beyond the immediate scope of the assignment, helping clients achieve tangible results.
In addition to your client-focused work, you play an essential role in organizational development. You will generate ideas for new products and services and translate them into actionable plans to execute with the team.
You hold an academic degree in economics, econometrics, or an exact science. You possess excellent writing and presentation skills, are creative, solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and work carefully and efficiently.
