Job description and requirements

As a junior economic consultant/advisor, your primary role will be to execute parts of research and advisory assignments for our clients. You work meticulously and analyze problems from multiple perspectives: quantitatively and qualitatively; economically and administratively; scientifically while keeping the client’s interests in mind. You come up with solutions independently, making smart use of available data and scientific studies. Your reports are well-organized, and project leaders can fully rely on the quality of your work. You actively seek discussions with colleagues and supervisors regarding problems and solutions.

In addition to your client-focused work, you will contribute to the development of the organization by actively sharing your ideas with the team. For example, EBA regularly publishes articles on economic topics and develops its own products.

To excel at EBA, it’s important to stay updated on (economic) current affairs and continue developing your skills—through self-study, attending training programs, or taking relevant university courses.

You have completed an academic education in economics, econometrics or an exact science. You have excellent writing and presentation skills, are creative, solution-oriented, enterprising, and work carefully and efficiently.

Terms of employment

EBA offers excellent employment terms, including variable compensation, and provides opportunities for growth in position and benefits along a path tailored to your ambitions.
