As of 1 November this year, Tom Smits (econometrician, 34 years old) is a senior manager at Amsterdam Bureau for Economics (EBA). Tom specializes in policy evaluation, impact analysis and economic modelling. With his arrival, EBA strengthens its position in the Dutch and European market for policy evaluation and economic impact and effect measurement.“We are very pleased with Tom’s arrival at EBA. Tom studied civil engineering at the Delft University of Technology and econometrics at the University of Amsterdam. Until October 2022, Tom worked as a senior researcher at SEO Amsterdam Economics. Since November 2022, Tom has been a senior manager at Amsterdam Bureau for Economics.
